The goal is to teach students how far you can push yourself through adversity and come out successful—not just in the gym, but in life.
Building Leaders (Ages 6-13)
Our mission is to create better people and better leaders, inside and outside the gym. We don’t just teach kids how to punch and kick; we teach them discipline, respect, and the value of hard work. This program lays the foundation for physical fitness and mental resilience at a young age.
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays at 4:30 PM.
The Backbone of Our Training
This isn’t your standard cardio kickboxing class. We teach authentic Muay Thai with a unique, raw style derived from Coach Mark’s background as a Pro Fighter and Navy Veteran.
Whether you are a beginner or a competition-level fighter, the goal is the same: push yourself through adversity and come out successful.
In the All Levels Class you will find first timers working side by side with professional fighters.
Focus: Technique, Sparring Drills, Mental Toughness.
Increase the Intensity
After a few months of training or when the Coach sees you’re ready, you will be invited to join the Intermediate Class. This class is 30-45 minutes longer and designed to build your conditioning, timing, and skill set in a more live environment.
Focus: Introduce more sparring and pad work.
Prepare for Battle
This is not a class that you would want to just jump into, nor would you be allowed to. Again, the Coach will see when the time is appropriate for you to join the next level, training with the fighters. This class runs for 2.5 hours and includes sparring at different levels depending on when competitions are, stress-induced situations, pad work, body conditioning, always ending on drilling the basics.
Focus: Recreate real life situations that you will face in the ring or cage, pushing your limits physically and mentally.
6 People Max.
This takes place on Friday evenings from 5:30 PM – 7:20 PM and the Coach hand selects six students that have been consistent and putting forth 100% effort into small group training. The Coach holds pads for each student and the last hour breaks down mistakes made during sparring right as they occur.
Focus: Reward students on their hard work, slow style pace for maximum benefits, one on one time with the coach.
Strengthen the Bond
Empowering Fathers was designed for fathers to have one-on-one time with their sons and daughters. Class changes from month to month but always starts with a run outside and team building exercises. It is held on the first Saturday of every month at 9AM and is free and open to the community with no membership necessary.
Focus: Fathers bonding with their children.
Marathons, Ultras, Triathlons & Rucks
Mental toughness is built when you refuse to quit. We prepare athletes for the most grueling physical challenges, including Marathons, Ultras, Triathlons, Military Style Ruck Events, or even your local Spartan Race.
Drawing from Coach Mark’s experience in GORUCK Selection and 200-mile trail races, we train your mind to override matter.
One-on-One
For those serious about “leveling up” or needing specific correction. Private training offers a personalized approach to fix bad habits, prepare for a specific fight, or simply train with 100% of the coach’s focus. Available for Muay Thai and Endurance preparation.
